Sam Gilchrist, CEO

Sam founded PluraVida to help digital media companies realize their full potential in reaching their audiences, managing their partners, and effectively monetizing content and engagement. He has over 20 years of media and telecoms technology and business experience. At PluraVida, he leads a team of product specialists, engineers and market experts, to develop and deliver scalable solutions to meet the challenges of digital content distribution and resulting settlement needs. Previously he served as President of Tradescape, where he managed all facets of the daily operations, while delivering $30MM in new business and a pipeline of $50MM in sales. Prior to joining Tradescape, he was Chief Information Officer at The Harry Fox Agency, and held leadership positions at SoundExchange and British Telecom.

Mr. Gilchrist holds a BS degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Maryland/University College.

Margarita Bendersky, VP,  Product Development

Margarita Bendersky is PluraVida's Vice President of Product Development and a co-founder.  Margarita is passionate about big data processing problems and solutions that enable media and telecom companies to manage the complexity of settlement of their income and payments from their fragmented distribution channels. At PluraVida, she leads the company's Atmosphere product line, a revolutionary solution for digital content distributors, enabling digital distribution, settlement, and payment services. Leveraging her nearly two decades of experience, Margarita's teams deliver software architecture and frameworks, transaction settlement systems, and open interfaces to leading content distribution and downstream accounting, payment, and ERP systems.

Ms. Bendersky holds a BS Degree in Computer Engineering from the  Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

Luz Lacson, VP, Product Management

Luz Lacson is PluraVida's Vice President of Product Management and a co-founder.  Luz has deep digital media experience in product management, having held senior posts at leading digital advertising and media companies. At Pluravida, she heads product management, teaming with R&D to deliver the company's large enterprise content owner product line: Global. Luz's responsibilities include identifying, specifying, and managing the delivery of core features that enable high volume clients to manage a wide variety of business models and sales channels. Ms. Lacson owns PluraVida's product roadmap and strategic product plans and is responsible for multi-year ROI goals.

Ms. Lacson holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in International Business Management from the USC Marshall School of Business.
